What I collect, why, for how long, and how to take it back.

Data controller
Julien Hassan, a French sole trader operating under the trading name Hasscorp, is the controller for the processing described below.

This site is not aimed at minors and does not knowingly collect any data about them.
What is collected
Contact form. First name, last name, email address, phone number and a description of your need. All five fields are required: without them I can neither understand the request nor answer it.
"What eats your time" form. Email address and message.
Audience measurement. Number of visits, pages viewed, country, device type and referring site, in aggregate form. These measurements rely on no cookie and no persistent identifier, and cannot identify you.
Technical logs. For security and availability reasons, the host keeps access logs (IP address, date, requested resource).
No special category data within the meaning of article 9 GDPR is requested. Please do not include any in the free-text field.

Your details are never used for marketing, sold, or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Who has access
Only me, and the providers strictly needed to deliver your message:
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States): delivery of emails from the form. The sending servers used here are located in Ireland.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting and technical logs.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): Turnstile anti-bot check on the form.
Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by these providers' certification under the Data Privacy Framework.
How long
- Enquiry with no follow-up: 3 years from our last exchange, in line with the French data protection authority's guidance.
- Active business relationship: for its duration, then 5 years under the commercial limitation period.
- Accounting records: 10 years, as required by law.
- Technical logs: 12 months at most.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to julien@hasscorp.fr. I answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies: none for advertising, none for tracking, none for sessions.
Audience measurement uses Vercel Analytics, which works without cookies and without persistent identifiers: no profile is built, and cross-site tracking is not possible. It is only loaded after you agree. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (not in a cookie), and you can change it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Declining costs you nothing: the site works exactly the same.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Messages travel encrypted to my mailbox, which is protected by two-factor authentication. No prospect database is hosted on this site: enquiries live in my email.
Changes
This policy may change, in particular if a tool changes. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
