What we do

Four ways to work together

Every project starts with the same question: what work, done by whom, costs how much time today.

  • Financial product automation

Your accounting data comes in, you click, the report comes out. Same layout, same charts, same identity, except your own team regenerates it.

    • Your layout reproduced exactly, signed off by your team
    • Tables and charts regenerated from your accounting files
    • Assisted written sections, marked out for review

    3 to 6 weeks

  • Go-to-market & outbound automation

Sourcing, enrichment, qualification, outreach sequences. The pipeline fills and updates itself with no manual entry.

    • Sourcing and enrichment flows connected to your CRM
    • Qualification on your criteria, not a vendor's defaults
    • Logs and alerts: failures show up instead of slipping through

    2 to 5 weeks

  • AI agents & applications

Triage agents, copilots over your internal data, bespoke internal tools, with guardrails and a quality benchmark.

    • Full build: interface, API, database, access control
    • Cited answers, human validation where it matters
    • Reference question set before anything goes live

    4 to 10 weeks

  • Website design & build

Marketing sites, portfolios and conversion pages. Content is kept separate from code: you edit your copy without us.

    • Bespoke design and build, responsive and accessible
    • Copy isolated in dedicated files
    • Launch, domain, metadata, baseline SEO

    1 to 3 weeks

Management reporting: from five weeks to thirty seconds

Asset manager of 7 funds

  • Google Apps Script
  • Claude API
  • QuickChart
  • Docs & Sheets API

Newfund used to send its management reports five weeks after the accounting data was available. Today, thirty seconds. Same layout, same charts, same identity, except the finance team regenerates them itself, across all seven vehicles. The accounting data comes in, you click, the report comes out. The five-week cycle is gone, and so is the design agency.

  • 30 sec

to produce a report, against five weeks before

  • 7

vehicles regenerated by the same machinery

  • 0

    external design agency

  • Healthcare fund, investment stage

    Automated scientific sourcing

    2 hrs / week

Public scientific data used to be combed through by hand. An application now aggregates it and turns it into usable insight: two hours of research handed back to the investment team every week.

  • Consumer platform, peak season

    Personalised document production

    1.5 weeks

Personalised documents used to be composed one at a time. They now come out in batches, unattended: a week and a half of work handed back to the teams at the height of peak season.

FAQ

What people ask before starting

The short answers. The rest takes thirty minutes on a call.

  • Will this disrupt our teams?

We work with the people who do the job, not around them: an automation built in a corner never survives going live. What it removes is re-entry work, not roles. Your teams are in the loop from the first workshop to the final training session, and they keep the last word on decisions.

  • What do you actually do?

We start from one specific process and put a number on the time it costs today. Then we build the thing that absorbs it: a document that regenerates itself, a flow that fills your CRM, an internal tool, an agent that triages. We stay across the whole chain: understanding the business, designing, building, shipping, training.

  • How long does it take?

One to two weeks to scope and cost it, three to six weeks for the first system in production. We split the work into phases with a defined deliverable at each one: you can stop at the end of any of them.

  • What does it cost?

A fixed fee per phase, quoted after a first conversation, with no open-ended time and materials. The first thirty-minute call is free, and it is usually enough to tell whether there is real value to go after.

  • Does our data leave the company?

You decide. Depending on your sensitivity, we work on commercial APIs with a no-training commitment, on a dedicated cloud instance, or fully self-hosted on your side. It is an explicit decision made during scoping, not a technical detail discovered at the end.

  • What happens when the project ends?

Everything is yours: repository, documentation, access, architecture diagrams. Your teams have been trained and the system runs without us: that is our definition of success. We stay available for changes, never by technical lock-in.

  • Do we need clean data first?

No, and it is rarely the case. Part of the work is precisely to assess the real state of your data and pick the projects that work with what you have today.

Thirty minutes is enough to know whether there is a worthwhile use case. If there isn't, we will say so.
